At ELiAR, we regard gender equality not only as a fundamental human right, but also as a cornerstone of our corporate development, employee engagement, and the achievement of our sustainable development goals. Establishing a workplace where every individual—regardless of gender identity—has equal opportunities, fostering diversity, and creating a culture in which all employees can realize their full potential is a strategic priority for us.
This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is not merely a document; it is a roadmap of ELiAR’s transformative journey, grounded in the principles of equality, inclusion, and fairness.
Prepared within this framework, the GEP outlines the policies and actions that ELiAR will implement to ensure equal opportunities across all operations, irrespective of gender identity, and to prevent gender-based discrimination. Covering the period from 2026 to 2029, the Plan is aligned with ELiAR’s broader sustainability strategy and Human Rights Policy.
Furthermore, this Plan has been developed in accordance with key national and international references, including the European Union Gender Equality Strategy (2020–2025), Türkiye’s 12th Development Plan (2024–2028), and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
