Trouble-free storage of dyestuffs is guaranteed thanks to the specially designed stainless steel stock silos, each of which has a volume of 450 liters and is suitable for perfect dyestuff storage. Revolutionary Weighing Principle RDD continuously measures the weight of the entire silo and the dyestuff it contains, thanks to 4 sensitive load cells integrated with each silo and integrated with the dosing units. As soon as the dyestuff request comes according to the dyeing recipe, RDD records the instantaneous weight of the entire silo and activates the dosing unit. While the powder dyestuff is transferred to the dissolving unit, the total weight of the silo is reduced as much as the amount transferred. Thanks to this unique weighing principle, RDD performs dyestuff weighing at an unrivaled speed and ensures that your recipes are prepared perfectly and in the most efficient way.

Simultaneous Weighing,
Dissolving And Transfer Capability Thanks to its simultaneous weighing, dissolving and transfer technology, RDD completes the dosing process as only one operation, without portioning, regardless of the amount of powder dyestuff requested in your recipe. With RDD, which reaches a transfer rate of 10 kg/min, 50 kg of powder dyestuff can be transferred to the relevant dyeing machine within 5 minutes, and in direct proportion to this, all the bulk colors in your recipes are delivered to your dyeing machines within minutes without any upper limit. In addition, the powder dyestuff transferred from the silo by the dosing unit can be mixed with a predetermined and desired water ratio in the dissolving unit (1:2.5 - 1:4) and transferred to the dyeing machine additional tank simultaneously.

Thanks to RDD’s revolutionary weighing and dissolving principle, it performs simultaneous weighing, dissolving and transfer processes, so your bulk colors in your recipes are transferred to the dyeing machine additional tank within only minutes and without wasting time. With 4 sensitive load cells integrated into RDD silos, silo weight is continuously measured. When the relevant dyestuff request in your dyeing recipe reaches the RDD, the screw feeder is driven, and the dyestuff is started to be transferred to the dissolving unit, and simultaneous weighing and dissolving are performed by calculating the reduced amount in the silo. Then, simultaneously, the relevant dyestuff solution is transferred to the related dyeing machine addition tank without any risk of color mixing, with ELIAR multi-line robotic dispensing technology and just-in-time distribution discipline.

Silo Loading Options RDD silos are filled with a specially designed automatic silo filling system. The dyestuff stock silo to be filled is selected from the control screen, and then the barcode verification system confirms that the dyestuff is filled into the correct silo. After the filling process is confirmed, the filling process is carried out into the relevant dyestuff silo by means of the filling installations working with the customized vacuuming technique integrated into each RDD silo. OPTION 3 SILO FILLING SYSTEM WITH INTERMEDIATE STOCK TANK FILLING UNIT Powder dyestuff filling into RDD silos can also be provided with customized intermediate loading tanks for each silo and a specially designed closed vacuum system. Thanks to the 150-liter or 450-liter intermediate loading tanks, the same operator can fill the silo of all dyestuffs with minimum effort. Thanks to the specially designed dyestuff vacuuming units with closed construction, silo filling is carried out in the fastest and most efficient way without the risk of dust formation. Powder dyestuff filling into RDD silos can also be provided with customized silo top loading covers for each silo. Thanks to the platform structure at the back of the RDD, the same operator can quickly fill the silo of all dyestuffs with minimum effort. OPTION 2

ELİAR Multi-Line Robotic Distribution Technology RDD is integrated with ELIAR multi-line robotic distribution system. There are two distribution unit options with 15 and/or 22 outputs. With the option to use an additional distribution unit, RDD meets the dyestuff distribution needs of 44 dyeing machines. ELIAR, with its multi-line robotic dispensing technology and just-in-time dispensing discipline, guarantees to distribute the right dyestuff to the right machine, at the right time, without any risk of color mixing.
The dyestuff, which is weighed and dissolved simultaneously with RDD, is transferred to the ELIAR multi-line robotic distribution system. Via this robot, the system is connected simultaneously to the single line going to the dyeing machine to which the recipe will be transferred, and thus dyestuff transfer is ensured without the risk of mixing or contamination.
